TOUR POLICY & IMPORTANT NOTES:

·This is purely an individual itinerary designed especially for your family based on above inputs.

·This is proposed service costing. We are not holding any confirmed airline and hotel reservations for your travel. The same is subject to availability at the time of booking.

·It’s mandatory to submit Passport copies of all travelers and PAN copy of the payer.

·  Standard hotel check in time: 1400-1500 Hrs// Check out time: 1100-1200 Hrs

·  Few Cities / Hotels have a policy of charging City / Tourism Tax / Local Tax / Municipality charges / Resort Fee etc at the time of check-in. The guests need to pay those directly as per hotel’s policy.

·  Few Hotels charge Refundable Security deposit / block certain refundable amount on Credit Card for security deposit which needs to be settled directly with hotel.

·Early Check In / Late check out is subject to hotel discretion and availability

·Any special request to Hotels / airlines (Meal or seat) / Service providers may cost extra

·Transfers/tours will operate on point to point basis as per the itinerary only unless booked “on disposal”.

·Room allocation and Bedding configuration is subject to hotel discretion.

·Sightseeing Tours will be operated by Suppliers/Vendors provided the minimum number of passengers criteria met on the day of the tour, alternate tours might be suggested by Vendor in case of any cancellations due to the minimum criteria not being met. Certain tours will be operated subject to the weather conditions.

·Rate of exchange will be applicable at the time of making the final payment instalment.

·  TCS of 5%* is mandatory to pay extra on international packages (CLAIMABLE AT THE TIME OF FILING ITR)

·  If payment is done by Credit Card, 2.13% surcharge will be applicable.

·Meal and Seat selection charges in flight extra as per airline policy (If Required)

·  Seat-in-coach transfers are on fixed timings (No waiting)

·  Private transfers and tours operate as per time decided at the time of booking confirmation and can’t be changed once booked on guarantee.

·  Prices are valid for stated travel period only, any change in the dates or inclusions will lead to re-costing.

·  Final booking documents hand over (hotel vouchers / Air tickets / Passports Etc) will be shared only upon receiving full and final payment and PAN of payer.

·  If travel date is within 07 days of final confirmation, payments will be accepted as Bank Transfer, Cash, Demand Draft or Credit Card (with 2.13% surcharge) only.

·  Visa approval is sole discretion of Embassy; Globalrover LLP shall not be responsible in any manner for delays on the part of concerned embassy or consulate in visa processing. Granting / rejection of visas is the sole discretion of embassy / consulate and Globalrover LLP cannot be held liable for delays/rejection.

·Any expenses related to Covid-19, e.g. testing, hospitalisation etc. will be borne by the travellers

·Itinerary may be changed considering flight timings, delays or other unavoidable circumstances out of Global Rover LLP or the service provider’s control.

·100% booking cost needs to be paid before departure as per booking policy in order to get the booking vouchers. Non-Payment of complete dues automatically results in Cancellation of services and Cancellation penalty may apply as per policy of Service provider.

·Any damage done to the service provider’s property (Airline, Hotel, Transporter, Guide Etc.) will need to be settled down directly with the service provider on ground. GlobalRover LLP and it’s Travel Agents, being third party assistants will not be responsible for any such acts of any of the parties.

Terms & Conditions

·  GlobalRover LLP is a tour & travel organizer and/or their representatives act only as agents for flight tickets, hotels, transportation or other related service bookings while exercising the finest possible care.

·  We do not own or operate any airline, railway, surface transportation, shipping, coach, company, hotels or any other related service based products therefore we will not be responsible for any improper services provided by any of the above including tour guides.

·  We will not be responsible for any injury, death, loss or damage caused by the act or default of the management or employees of any hotel, airline, shipping company, coach owner, etc. who are the companies’ independent contractors arising-outside our normal selection and inspection process. 

·  GlobalRover LLP and or their agents shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable or responsible to the client or any person traveling with him for irregularity, death, sickness, injury, accident, loss, damage, delay, discomfort to person, property or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation adventure or' wildlife programme resulting directly or indirectly for natural calamities, acts of Governments, breakdown of strikes, wars, civil disturbances, thefts or any delay or change in the itinerary' schedule beyond GlobalRover LLP control nor will GlobalRover LLP and their associates accept responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in plans' itinerary' schedule caused by any of the aforementioned foregoing persons.

·  GlobalRover LLP reserves the full right at any time:

o  To make alterations / changes / substitutions in the similar class or vary or withdraw any services mentioned in the contract / itinerary including hotels, transportation, adventure wild life activity, related services etc if it is deemed advisable or necessary.

o  To cancel the contract / tour prior to the date of departure and if it does so, its liability shall be limited to refunding money paid by the client without payment of any interest.

o  To refuse, to accept or retain any person as a member of the tour at any time.

·  Cost mentioned in the Contract / Agreement / Itinerary / Confirmation does not include any additional stay in the hotel or up gradation of room category or transport, any additional sightseeing or usage of vehicle, any personal expenses or any additional service not mentioned in the itinerary /agreement / contract and any such extras will be on the clients’ account which has to be paid & settled directly by the client before departure. 

·  Rates or price quoted in the itinerary are calculated at the prevailing rates and are subject to change without any prior notice in case of currency fluctuation, increase in the cost of fuel charges, change in any related tax structure, sudden change in any related hotel tariff, Air / Rail / Bus / Entry ticket cost increase or transport cost increase due to change of route, alteration of itinerary / programme or change in the number of the tour members necessitated by factors beyond our control before the date of departure or during the tour. Whatever add -on applicable must be paid in full before departure.

·  Booking once confirmed is non-transferable.
