General Booking & Payment policy: 

· 45 days or prior to the departure:       INR 30000/- PER PERSON PAYMENT BEFORE BOOKING + Actuals (Visa Fees, Air ticket, Hotels,                                                                          Cruise and any other services cancellation charges if applicable) 

· 44 -31 days prior to the departure:     50% of the Holiday cost 

· 30 -20 Days before departure:            100 % of Holiday cost    

General Cancellation charges per person: Once booking is confirmed, below cancellation charges will be applicable.      

· 31 days or prior to the departure          INR 30000/- PER PERSON PAYMENT BEFORE BOOKING + Actuals (Visa Fees, Air ticket,                                                                                        Hotels, Cruise and any other services cancellation charges if applicable) 

· 30 -21 days prior to the departure       50% of the Holiday cost + Actuals (Visa Fees, Air ticket / hotels/cruise cancellation charges                                                                               if applicable)

· 20 Days or less before departure        100 % of Holiday cost  

Refund Policy:

 In case of any Refunds approved by the Global Rover LLP, it’ll take 16-30 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
